Coming from out of state, we were unformiliar with the area and Kim was always very knowledgeble, punctual, and her good sense of humor helped take the stress out of a home search. What was really appreciated was that she was always receptive to our ideas and never gave up on us (we looked at many houses over several months), and finally helped us secure our home.

Kim was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure our process was as easy and painless as possible. Before we settled on a property, I walked info on at least 20 properties. I would text her the address and she quickly texted back with all of the info I needed. She didn't hesitate! I doubt we will ever move again from the new property we just purchased, but if we're do, Kim will be our realtor again!!!
